You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. You must not disrupt the experience of other participants or staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

All materials provided during workshops, consultations, or training sessions—including guides, worksheets, and digital content—are the intellectual property of Jacarandacentre. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without explicit written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Jacarandacentre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any program.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections 3, 4, and 7 survive termination.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
